5 day Flinders Ranges and Eyre Peninsula Tour

DAY 1: Depart Adelaide 7:00am for Wilpena Pound Resort via the crossroads of Australia – Port Pirie, Port Germein and Port Augusta.

After lunch we head towards Wilpena Pound via Quorn and Hawker and from Hawker we visit Kanyaka ruins. An optional flight over Wilpena Pound is available. We will spend the night at Wilpena Pound Resort.

DAY 2: After breakfast we travel the geological trail through Bunyeroo and Brachina Gorge. This gorge traces the geological history of the area for hundreds of million years. After lunch we head to Cowell via Port Augusta and Whyalla, arriving at approximately 6:00pm.

DAY 3: After breakfast, we will head to Port Lincoln via Port Gibbon, Arno Bay, Tumby Bay and Port Neill. We explore the magnificent coastline of the Eyre Peninsula before reaching our Port Lincoln destination where we stay for the night. Overnight Hilton Motel

DAY 4: Today we have the chance of joining several optional tours departing from Port Lincoln.Tours include, Swim with the Australian Sea lions (seasonal) or swim with the Great White Shark. Alternatively we can explore the many sites around Port Lincoln including Whalers Way. We will again stay overnight in Port Lincoln.

DAY 5: Today we make the trip back to Adelaide where you are dropped off at your accommodation at approximately 6:00pm.

TOUR DETAILS

COST PER PERSON: $3295:00 (including GST), minimum 2 passengers maximum 16 passengers

TOUR INCLUDES: Accommodation (twin share) at Wilpena Resort, Cowell or Arno Bay and Port Lincoln, breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, and evening meals as per itinerary.

NOT INCLUDED: Lunches, optional tours.

Tour costs do not include additional accommodation, meals and incidental expenses incurred from flooding, natural delays, unavailable connections or other unforeseen circumstances. BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is payable 21 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made 14 days prior to departure or full deposit is forfeited.

DON’T FORGET: Your camera, good walking shoes and hat. Please limit luggage to a small bag, and most of all don’t forget your sense of adventure. It is suggested that appropriate sickness, accident and personal liability insurance be taken out.
